Dele Foodstore is a Melbourne-based business with great ethics. Their major focus is making preserves from seasonal local produce. The company’s founders love food and think nature has done a beautiful job of designing it, so their aim is to preserve that beauty in a delicious and approachable range of products. I love their scrumptious plum sauce and the equally tasty chilli ketchup – just like Nana used to make, but with amazing new flavours and spices and a welcome element of tongue-in-cheek.
